Kaitlin Froelick Design LLC ("we," "us") is an interior design studio in Washington, D.C. This policy explains what information we collect when you request a consultation and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you fill out one of our forms on Facebook or Instagram, or book a consultation with us, we collect your name, phone number, and email address, along with the details you share about your project: the type of project, your timeline, and your budget range.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to your inquiry, contact you by phone, text, or email about your project, schedule your consultation and send appointment reminders, and understand whether we're the right fit for what you have in mind. We don't use it for anything unrelated to your inquiry.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our advertising, manage inquiries, and schedule appointments, and only so they can do that work for us. Our forms run on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and consultations are booked through Calendly. Each handles your information under its own privacy policy: Meta Privacy Policy and Calendly Privacy Notice. We may also disclose your information if required by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we need it to respond to your inquiry and work with you. We delete it when it's no longer needed, or sooner if you ask.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, at any time. Email info@kaitlinfroelick.com and we'll take care of it.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we'll post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
